The Hendon Conservative Association ran an extremely successful musical soirée in the lovely home of Mme. Albert. Many attended including the Rt. Hon. Theresa Villiers MP, Marina Yannakoudakis MEP and Leader of the Council Richard Cornelius.
Councillor Brian Schama was elected on 15 May 2012 to be the 48th Mayor of Barnet at Hendon Town Hall following the Annual Meeting of the Council.During his Mayoral Year Councillor Schama will support two charities:Barnet Hospital and Barnet Carers.

Marina Yannakoudakis MEP joined Hendon Conservatives to help get Boris Johnson re-elected as London Mayor. Marina delivered postal vote forms with Councillor Hugh Rayner to ensure maximum turnout on May 3rd.
Dan Byles MP made this so when, on Monday 13th February, he travelled down from his Warwickshire constituency to meet John Hart, one of our local Conservative councillors, to help deliver envelopes in the Hendon Constituency for Boris Johnson's Mayoral re-election campaign.
